Hi. My name is Diane and I support women to help them gain fitness and wellbeing.
Most women know that an active lifestyle is a cornerstone of our wellbeing, but fitting it into modern life can often feel challenging, even impossible!
You might feel like you just don’t have enough time or energy, or perhaps you think you need to lose weight first. Anyway, exercise is just hard work isn’t it? No pain, no gain?
The Power of The Mind
I believe that mindset is the most important part of establishing an active lifestyle. Every time we engage in physical activity it is preceeded by a decision in the mind to do so. If we do it often enough that decision becomes easier and easier.
When you get caught up in negative thought processes, your brain sends the body a signal that it’s not even worth trying. But I can help you understand these processes, and learn how to adjust your mindset. With my support you can overcome your challenges to create an active lifestyle which blends beautifully into into life.

1-1 Coaching, Group Programme, 12 week online programme designed for both beginners and those returning after a break.
Credentials
Qualifications in Triathlon Coaching, Wellbeing Coaching at Raw Horizons Academy and Sports & Exercise Psychology.
Diane also holds a Chemistry PhD, which provides her with a solid foundation of analytical thinking and problem solving skills which she brings to her coaching practice.
